Superior Quality

The quality of the pan is excellent. One of their best sets I own. Its important to learn that you need to let the pan pre-heat properly before cooking. If you follow this the food will brown evenly. So glad I took a chance and bought it without seeing it in person.

Bottom warped at first use

Very disappointed about the pans. They claim to be heavy duty. I used the pan on an induction stove to saute a bunch of veggies. Never went to very high temp and yet the bottom is warped. I would like to return the pans, now they will be sitting in my cabinet. What a waste of money!

Well Made, Sturdy, even Heating

These pans are fantastic, they are solid, well made, and heat very evenly. They are better than non-stick if you understand how to heat them gradually before adding fat. Very happy with this purchase.

Dirty Calphalon

I ordered two 11 piece sets. The first set the small pot and top did not match. I opened the 2nd set. It had clearly been used and was soiled. I was floored.

Very disappointed

Horrible! Everything sticks, even greasy sausage! They do look amazing and are really heavy and durable, but again everything sticks. Not sure how to keep them from sticking.

Not Sure About the Hype

I have followed instructions on these numerous times and everything still sticks to the bottom of the pans. I was so excited to get these and saved my money for months for this disappointment. Save your money!

Stainless steel is not naturally non-stick. Unlike non-stick pans, it lacks a coating that prevents food from sticking. We recommend properly preheating the pan and using the right amount of oil in order to minimize sticking.

Calphalon Pots

I was disappointed with the way the pots washed. They were very expensive and I expected them to look like new after being washed. They did not !!
