These are not non-stick!

I have used the hard anodized fry pans for years. This year I needed to replace them (this would be the 3rd set I have had) and decided to try the ceramic ones. They are horrible - I have only used both once and these stick, even though I cooked the same as the old ones.

Disappointing

The nonstick coating started chipping after second use. Only used plastic or silicone utensils no metal. I loved the look of the pans and treated myself with this purchase. So I was very disappointed when they started chipping shortly after using them.
