Happy baking

Great pan with great results

This pan has been fantastic. It can take higher heat which is important for making pizza and nothing ever sticks. The holes in it ensure a crispy crust every time. In fact, sometimes I want my crust a little softer and wish there was a version Calphalon made without holes. Overall a great purchase at a very good price.

Perforated Pizza Pan

I bought the Classic 16 inch Perforated Pizza pan and cooked a frozen pizza on it. The pizza leaked through the holes to the bottom of the oven. What did I do wrong?
