Fantastic features

I have cooked bbq ribs twice and they come out great. Clean up is a breeze. The timer is so easy getting to longer cook times. Want to try breads next.

Excellent Slow Cooker

I bought this slow cooker a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it. The capability to sear meats before adding other ingredients to slow cook is extremely convenient. It's easy to use, easy to clean, very light weight, and everything I've cooked in it has turned out great. I would LOVE it if Calphalon made a larger capacity cooker like this one. Until then I'm buying another mostly to get the extra capacity when I need it by using two. Please Calphalon, make a larger capacity model. ;-)

So easy!

I’ve had this now for well over. Year and I absolutely LOVE it. I love that I can use the insert on the stove top and then go right into the slow cooker part. My one issue is a little screw on the side came out and it’s nearly impossible to get back in but luckily it doesn’t impact the way the slow cooker works so it doesn’t really matter.

Absolutely Fabulous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how lightweight it is...from the cooker itself to the insert. The nonstick surface is a huge plus and quite awesome as the food does not stick and it cleans up beautifully. I also appreciate how evenly it cooks and the accuracy of the cooking time.
