Great products...loved it!!! The only thing I found by surprise read that the handle of one of the pans stayed hot in the middle of the the. But now I know not to touch then too early before cooling down...

I'm returning this

I have an older Calphalon Grill Pan and planned to replace it. The pan I enjoyed for so many years is much heavier [the lid/press portion] is stainless], and the handle more substantial. I hope to find one like my original purchase.

I love calphalon products but didn’t like this product as much as the previous style that had a rubber top handle. Would not buy again.

Best Purchase Ever!!!

This is the second time I 've bought this item. It's a gift for my mother. Like this non stick skillet because nothing sticks to it. I just wipe it with a paper towel , whenever I use it , and then I wash it with detergent. and that's all it takes. I also cook all kinds of meats in it, and it leaves the marks on the meat and on the fish as well. I own my panini pan for approximately (5) years now , and it still looks brand new !!!!

makes great pork chops

just got this item a few days ago made pork chops n.y. strip steak and grilled cheese and tomato sandwich all came out perfect with easy clean up and the press cuts down on splatter

Convenient and lightweight

This is my first Panini Pan & I love it! It heats up evenly and makes delicious grilled sandwiches in minutes. It is easy to clean up and is lightweight. I definitely recommend it.
