Pan

This pan is awesome especially when the grandchildren are here so I can cook for 3 different or 4 people at one time

Old is gold! Newer maybe Silver!

Great pan but, but it replaces an older model. The older model is more substantial. The new one no as sturdy.

Too Thin

Horribly thin. This newer version of Calphlon’s Classic Griddle Pan does not hold a candle to their older one. It it MUCH lighter. Such a disappointment. I bought that pan probably 18 years ago. The non-stick coating eventually wore off, so I went searching for a replacement. I bought this new version. This one is awful compared to the old one. It does not conduct heat well at all. The handles aren’t comfortable either, for the record, but that doesn’t limit the pan’s performance. I LOVE Calphalon products. This is the first FAIL for me. I wish I had returned it when I bought it and did the side by side comparison of old and new. It’s just way too thin.

Loved it at first but it warps fast

I loved it when I got it about 2 months ago, It cooks well, nonstick is awesome but the griddle has warped. I don't wash it when it's hot, so it wasn't from that. I wish it had lasted longer.

It cooks well, nonstick works great thought after 3 months of twice a week or so use the griddle has warped. We don't wash it when it's hot, so it wasn't from that. We have a glass-top electric stove so I'm wondering if it has something to do with that?
