i ordered this thinking it was a good brand the coating didn’t hold up at all

My new favorite pan

Large, very well made, and surely non-stick frying pan. Good for family-size cooking.

Give us a flat frying pan!

Here's the issue: The frying pan lies flat at room temperature, but as it heats on your burner begins to warp along a line perpendicular to the handle. So, when you're ready to fry your bacon, the skillet is no longer flat but rocks. Half of the skillet is no longer in contact with your electric cooktop, so the heat across the skillet is uneven. You get uneven cooking and will be swishing your bacon around so it doesn't burn or come out uncooked.

Warping occurs when a pan is exposed to rapid changes in temperature, which causes it to expand or contract quickly and unevenly. To keep this from happening, we recommend allowing the pan to heat more gradually by starting on a low heat and slowly bringing it up to a medium to medium high heat. fantastic fry pan
