Such a precious little family. A big hit!

Pros - adorable penguin family with the cutest little outfits. Their feet are hard plastic which gives them super stable footing. These fellas are easy for the younger set to manipulate. Cons: they have big ole puffed out penguin chests which make them too big to share clothes with anyone. I think the baby is the same size but mama and daddy are enormous. Not a deal breaker or anything but just be aware that they aren’t the most versatile figures. We adore them anyway. Some of the shawls and things can still work though. They certainly can’t shop at the shoe store though with those enormous flipper feet.

Penguin Family

Cute but animal fur has flaws noticed right away by child. Scratches on arms and worn spots on heads. Obvious defects camouflaged by the packaging but visible once opened, In all the years of purchasing Sylvanian Families from England never any defect. Child was so disappointed!

Penguin Family Is An Instant Favorite

Bought this for my 7 year old's birthday- she loves all things birds, and calico critters. This was a huge hit, and soooo cute! The ice cream cart with little penguin shaped ice creams has so much adorable detail. The penguins with their dapper little outfits are full of personality and ready to play- these are absolutely one of our favorite calico families of all. We hope that since you have beaks, feet, and wings ready, that means more bird families might be coming? Flamingos mayhaps? We will be ready if you do.
