You can use other calico critter dolls in the shop as well. She loves it! She is 6, so she puts this little toy to work and it’s in as good of shape now as when we first received the item. It is very durable. The best part is this set has a handle and a small compact form to store everything, including the doll. I love it!

Great Toy

Cute Set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my seven year old would like this. It's her first Calico Critter set. She seemed to like it and has played with it a few times. She likes to play this and incorporate her Polly Pocket toys in with it.

Great for Pretend Play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My four year old loves this set. There are a lot of small pieces, but they are all super cute and add to the pretend play. The decorations that attach to the main component fit well and are easy for my daughter to assemble. The only minus is there is only one character that comes with this toy. I wish there were 2. The mermaid shop theme is creative and perfect for stimulating pretend play. I highly recommend!

Great creative play product

It has small items which I don't prefer but besides that it is a very creative and imaginative product to play with. Very cute. The carrying case is pretty cute and easy to take with you wherever you go. I, however, don't recommend it to smaller kids and kids who put everything in their mouth. Apart from that it is a great product and definitely recommend it to older kids.

Cute playset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Calico Critters baby mermaid shop is really cute, the pieces are a little small but easy to play with, the case closes tight so the pieces don't fall out. It opens and closes very easy. Perfect for kids 6 and over.
