Well made but shoebox mislabeled
The shoes look good and are nicely finished. I ordered 8 Wide. The box the shoes came in is labeled Wide, but the shoes are merely Medium width per the inside label on the shoes. I had hoped for comfortable shoes that wouldn’t pinch. The 8W shoes I ordered online are not what I received. There appears to be a quality control problem with the manufacturer and marketing.

a must have!
I purchased these to wear at work during my pregnancy and these saved my feet! I’ve wasted so much money over the years looking for comfortable work shoes and I hit the jackpot on these.

Comfy, But...
When I wear these to work, I feel like I'm wearing slippers. They're very comfortable on the bottom of my feet. I did go a half size up based on other reviews and I'm glad I did, as the strap are across the top of the foot is a bit snug even now. For reference I have average width feet. My only complaint is that I have a hard time finding no show socks for this style of shoe. I hate nylons. I want real socks. Obviously the right style socks exist but the ones I purchased have a seam all around the top of the toes and foot. That seam combines with the squeezing seam of the shoe to feel like there's a marble digging into my big toe. No sock, no pain. So until I find no show socks without a seam, I can't wear these. I am determined! I do like them a lot.

Ordered these in store locally no less because 8W was not available. What came in .... 8M. Which I already had tried on. Definitely disappointed because 2nd shipment to not meet standard.

Wonderful!
My first time wearing this brand & I am happily surprised. Very comfortable right out of the box. They look nice & feel even better. I would say they are a 'relaxed' fit regarding width which is great for me...I need some extra width for comfort but a wide shoe is too wide. These will get a lot of wear!

Perfect solution for problem feet!
It's not easy for me to find comfortable shoes that are also attractive. These fit the bill on both counts. I have bunions and also sometimes suffer from plantar fasciitis if I don't wear supportive shoes or custom insoles. I found these shoes to be extremely comfortable from the first time I ever put them on, no break in period required. They have wonderful insole padding and provide very good arch support, sufficient to give me all day comfort. And this warm, dark brown, suede-look loafer is very stylish for casual wear. I will definitely consider buying from this manufacturer again and am grateful that Macy's carries their products. I am disappointed that our local Macy's doesn't carry BZees in wide width, which I need, but am happy that I can order their products through the Macy's website in the whole range of sizes.
