Michael's fascination with a particular type of ginkgo tree, the ginkgo Biloba or "Butterfly ginkgo" which grows with a double leaf reminiscent of a butterfly's wings gave rise to a fantasia image of the plant.

Absolutely stunning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this vase. So beautiful, it coordinates with other Aram pieces. But the most stunning thing is that it preserves flowers better than glass vases! I bought a dozen roses, put some in glass and some in this, and the ones in this vase have lasted over a week while the others I threw out. The picture is of one week old roses.
