[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Butter London Buttermilk Probiotic body balm is a silky balm that melts into skin during application. Your welcomed with a light fresh citrus scent in not a big citrus fan my self but if you are I would give this product a try I can see it layering well with fragrance. I will say the scent is light and faded quickly on its own so it did like that. When applying it first feels like a lotion but as you massage the product into the skin it feels more like a nourishing balm. The summer season is upon us and this balm would be a great product to apply to dry area like knees, Ankles, and Elbows before self tanner application to keep areas nourished and hydrated for a even tan. Apply it after a shower and you will find yourself with soft, supple skin that not only looks amazing but feels great above and below the surface of your skin. It hydrates and nourishes while providing a nice cooling effect that soothes my entire body. It’s been fantastic to use to maintain that post-shave smoothness as well. I haven’t had any issues with my skin feeling greasy, no piling up, and it’s never tacky. The Butter London Buttermilk Prebiotic Body Balm came as my body was in its worst moments. Fortunately, it helped me balance my moisture barrier and support my healing journey. My esthetician training and 22 years in the beauty industry have taught me that probiotics are a genius way to counteract significant dry, scaley, and dehydrated skin. I like the fun blue and yellow colors Butter bottle. The texture is gorgeous. It's rich and creamy at first, then melts as I massage it into my skin. The massage releases a beautiful light scent giving me the spa moment I need. After four weeks, I have enjoyed half the bottle. My skin is no longer scaley and I'm getting compliments on how soft my skin is again. Ive been in the beauty industry for 23 years and quite a few of those i worked exclusively as a nail tech who lived and beathed the Cuccio product line for myself and my clients and while its a wonderful line I have found a few new replacements from Butter London that I will now be recomending and using instead. Im a Florida native and live on the gulf, my family does alot of boating and spends alot of time in the water, add to that my familys extreme dry skin and i struggle keeping mine from looking like im part reptile. The Buttermilk applies so beautifully, doesnt have a overwhelming scent and actually absorbs into the skin instead of settling on it and then making it impossible to pull on clothing!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a beauty expert, I am so happy to see more formulas for body care featuring pre and probiotics. Buttermilk probiotic body balm from Butter | London is the first I've used with microbiome strengthing abilities all in a body balm. I massaged this product onto clean damp skin, although it was rich in texture it absorbs quickly. While I loved the texture it didn't provide enough moisture for me and my skin was a little flaky after. Some people will like this scent and some won't. I suggest using this as an at home spa day treatment (instead of an everyday moisturizer) if you don't like a strong fragrance. The fragrance was not a hit around my friends/family. Buttermilk Probiotic Body balm

I like body balms better than lotions as I have skin on the drier side and I found this body balm really did the trick! I have been an Esthetician for 22+ years and have used many body products and this balm has really delivered. My skin sometimes gets so dry in the hotter months in So Cal that it looks like I have lizards skin. I also like that it is a Pro and Prebiotic balm. The first time I used it after my shower I was surprised at how well it nourished and hydrated my skin. It has a very nice feel and is not a heavy greasy balm it is a creamy light balm with a wonderfully light scent. Because it is light in texture I wasn’t sure if I would see the results I had hoped for but it really gives the moisture and hydration my skin needs. I also noticed my skin tone became more uniform.
