I ordered the Bumble and Bumble Jumbo super rich Hair conditioner from Macy's because the picture on the screen showed the bottle with a pump. It did not come with the pump which was disappointing.

Love this conditioner!
Love this conditioner because it never makes my hair heavy or left coated with anything. My hair is mid length, fine and thick and straight.

Product is great, packaging awful - no pump
So I have used Bumble and Bumble for years. Great product, love the liters. They have no discontinued providing pumps for the liter sizes. This is a dealbreaker. I am young but have psoriatic arthritis. And the bottles are heavy and NOT well made for squeezing out product. I contacted customer service and they said their bottles have been redone so they no don't need pumps. But if I want, I can purchase pumps. Incorrect. So I will probably seek out new products. To le thats bad service.

Nice consistency, not keen on the smell at all
Seems like a really nice conditioner, went on hair really nicely and felt good when washed out! However, I'm not keen on the smell at all, it's not even one that I can specially identify, just smells like chemicals/bad fake fruit.

Good smell, very useful
About one month ago, I bleached my hair and dyed it with a kind of blond color. Then, my hair became very coarse especially when it is wet. Then I use this hair conditioner, the smell is good, feels fresh and it can make my hair smooth after use. Very happy to use it.

It’s what you’re looking for
I’m very picky when i comes to hair products. This conditioner does everything I would like it to do. It smooths my hair, makes it soft and defines my curls. If I’d like my hair straight, it added lots of shine and volume. I put a dab of it on the end of my toddlers hair and her curls that where beginning to loose their shape, bounced right back,. Highly recommend.
