Liter pumps NOT included

I have always loved these products. However, the liter size no longer come with a pump. At this price point including a pump for the liter size would make sense. Plus, without the pump this size is difficult to use and dispense an appropriate amount. It would be nice if we could even buy pumps, though they should be included with this spendy brand.

Packaging issue

I have used Hairdresser's Invisible Oil shampoo and conditioner for several years and am very happy with the product. My issue is with the new policy of not including a pump with the liter bottles. Previous orders have always included the pump. I assume this is a cost saving measure, but it makes the product very difficult to use. At this price point, it would seem to be a no brainer to include something that makes it easier to use. I did contact customer service to ask if this was a mistake and was told it was the new norm. They are considering offering the pumps "for purchase" in the future. Just know what you are not getting when investing in the larger size.
