Watch came with dead battery

The watch was in impeccable condition when it arrived in the mail. It was beautiful but my only complaint was that it came with a dead battery. Now I have to pay a Jeweler to replace the battery. And since there aren’t any Bulova locations within 1000 miles from where I live, if the watch becomes damaged during the process I lose the warranty. Macys will now be my last option to order watches from.
