Will never shop Macy's again.

I ordered the Bulova model 98D153 watch from Macy's. This is the watch I received from Macy's. As you can see, it's not even remotely similar to the one I ordered. Along with the wrong watch was another customers name and address, not mine. Apparently, their watch was in for repair according to the packing slip. So essentially, I was sent another customers used watch. No, you can't make this stuff up. After returning the watch, Macy's now refuses to resolve another order I'm having a problem with. I will NEVER shop Macy's again as long as I live.

Looks great but poorly designed for durability

Beautiful watch too bad not durable. Loved the look and size but the face chips very readily. Took the watch back after a week to exchange it because of chipping. New one chipped on 2 corners within 2 weeks.

Stunning dress watch

This is a gorgeous watch. I love the two-tone golden silver together. The face is stunning with its contrasting rich, deep black background and gold hands and diamonds at the three, six, nine positions. Very dressy. Lots of compliments. This watch is made for Macy’s because it has the date at the 6 o’clock position which the Bulova website does not offer on its line of watches.
