They gave me a used item.

They gave me literally a used watch. There was no transparent stickers and there are scratches on the back side.

Terrible customer service and shipping

I ordered the watch Nov 26, after incredible amount of chats, emails etc, waited till Dec 13 to be told they were escalating my case, when I said I would report as fraud, then decided to replace order with faster shipping, from pony express to worst! Today is Monday Dec 18, not received! Can’t talk about watch, haven’t seen it yet!
