Disappointed

If I could give it a 0 I would! Customer service to get the watch has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life! No one was able to assist.

Macy's sells junk w no returns.

You can't tell the time because of the useless junk on the face. By the time i received it and wore it the return window had closed.
