Great watch

Poor but not the watch, but rather delivery

I’ve been waiting for this watch, and UPS delivers to the wrong city and signed by a Caesar guy at a dock. Now, Macy’s is telling me I have to wait 24 to 48 hours on their decision for refund so I can re-purchase the watch that I did not receive. So basically, it’s a 50-50 chance that I’ll get my money back for an item. I did not receive by UPS. I filed the claim with UPS and uploaded the proof of delivery, so they know it was delivered to a different city, but not to Houston. I’m disappointed with Macy’s. Customer service at the moment. Maybe they see this review and help.

I received the watch today. It looks great and appears to be accurate. Definitely a classy look - the watch band is elegant. The back of the watch is glass, so you can see its movement. Additionally, the window in its face allows the movement to be seen. There is not a day/date indicator on its face. So if that is important to you, this may not be the watch for you.
