Nice Watch - Bad Strap - Poor Customer Service

The watch itself is fine and has a nice mechanical look. Unfortunately the strap is cumbersome to get on and off and the clasp is uncomfortable on the arm. It just looks like a regular watch band with a buckle so not sure why they "fixed" what wasn't broken. Between ordering the watch and when it was received, it was offered at a lower price. Went to a Macy's store to ask about a price adjustment. The clerk told me I would receive credit points. When the dust settled I was actually charged more for the transaction - with no points. Not exactly thrilled with the purchase.

Purchased as gift for recent college grad. My son has an appreciation for mechanical things as an engineer and loves this watch. It appeals to his senses in this digital age.
