Poor zippers

Not well made. The fabric is strong, but the zippers failed one-by-one in a couple of months. Liner fabric tore easily. No website for this company to be found after numerous searches. And this page would not let me upload phots that were 4.5 MB in .jpg format

backpack

I used this backpack on a trip and needed to bring my laptop, a folder, pad of paper, along with my other personal items that typically go in my purse. Usually, I jam all of these things into my Vera Bradley backpack, but it is like playing a game of Jenga! With this backpack, it had plenty of room! I could have put even more if I needed to. It has plenty of pockets that are very much accesible. I was very happy with this purchase.
