Horrible Delivery

Never took it out of the crushed, punctured damp box that had been dumped 2 acres from my house in a pile of wet leaves next to trash bins by a busy road. Immediately called cust. service, nice guy sent a notice to the 3rd party vendor reporting that I have no desire to keep the item nor do I have a way to transport it anywhere. Apparently I was supposed to strap it to my 77 yr old back and drag it to my house. Tried to reach vendor but line was busy for 2 days. Gave up. Waiting for a refund. Vendor says online that they are some kind of close out dealer. Not up to the usually superior Macy's level.
