Recieved Broken

I could already hear from just picking up the box from my front door it was broken by the sound of it. I carefully unboxed and confirmed my suspicion that the inside neon piece broke off the base and was shaking about the enclosure. I didn’t try the speaker, but will probably later as item is “final sale”.

Damaged upon receipt

This wireless speaker was received damaged. Inside the glass container, are the "neon words" good vibe, that are no longer making their connections to the base.

Complete garbage and won't work

First order was lost and had to get a replacement. Second order crackles and filament doesn't work. Complete garbage and don't waste your money if interested.

Received Damaged

Light does not work! And now I’m stuck with an item I bought mostly for the night light!!! It was a final sale…. How do I get my money back for a defective product that is final sale???? No one purchases final sale items to receive it DEFECTIVE!!!!!!!
