Product will not charge

These headphones were a gift from Santa for my son and they will not charge. No LED light would come on. I tried multiple charging blocks in my home with the charging cord that came with it. My son was disappointed.

Decent with some downfalls

These headphones have all the buttons scrunched together on the left side that makes it difficult to find the button you want to press without removing the headphones to look for the right button. The noise cancelling feature is another button in the same location that not only is hard to find but slides left to right instead of pushing the button down. Lastly, the noise canceling feature sometimes causes distortion in whatever you’re listening to and I don’t really m price much of a difference anyway.

Amazing sound headphone!

Great and comfortable headphone that blocks outside noise with amazing sound although I tried to set up bluetooth with my android, It wouldn't connect and can't find thay Brookstone model which is odd so I'm using the headphone cable for now! Besides that I would definitely recommend this headphone!
