Malfunction Wireless Earbuds

I bought Brookstone sleek beat true wireless earbuds. Recently, I opened it and charge it to use, but it didn't work whatsoever. It was very disappointing. I'm aware that it's final sale and theres no returns, but it's just still very disappointing cuz I spent money on it and it didn't even work, not even one time. I would rate this 0/5 Stars.
