bad luggage

I received the luggage and it’s locked and cannot open it. I go to Barcelona next week. The zipper keys are locked

Excellent purchase

I purchased this Carry-On luggage because the luggage dimensions on my flight overseas were smaller than the standard carry-on dimensions allowed. This satisfied the dimensions required by the airlines, and I love everything about the product.

Great travel companion

Perfect carry-on size for traveling by plane. Wheels work great and glide easily on concrete and inside airport. We bought one before and added to our collection since we loved it so much!

Locks Fell out after less than a year

I bought 2, 21 inch Hardside, one in navy and 1 in teal. 9 months later, both still look great with limited wear and tear. Both locks fell out within the last month, though, with no specific incident. Not sure why. I didn't even use the locks. One is lost. The other is cracked. Without the locks, the suitcases have a hole in the hardshell. 9 months is beyond Macys return window and Brookstone send you back to the seller. Disappointing at the least. So much landfill for so very little use.

Brookstone Carry on

This carry on is one tough bag. I fell down the escalator with it and no damage except for a bent handle which was fixed so it was useable. Didn't get dented or opened then was checked on the way home. I had most of my clothes in this bag. Was very happy with it.

Disappointed

Seems a little flimsy to me and was very disappointed that it has a USB port but no battery included for charging. Don’t get that.
