Poor lock design

We bought this suitcase for our daughter to come home from school. On the first use, the lock jammed and was popping out of the suitcase. I loved the interior, but sadly had to return.

Not great quality

The TSA lock broke/popped completely off the suitcase right as it was put on the belt being after being checked in. This was the first time we ever even used it. Not great quality
