Dimensions not as advertised

The dimensions say 21" the product measured 19.5", needles to say I was not happy about. When I buy luggage I want the dimension to be ofthe luggage space not including the wheels, so buyer beware

HARD TO KNOW CORRECT SIZE

This is a very nice bag; however, the measurements advertised on your site do not match measurements on box item was shipped in. O n the box they are in centimeters; on line they are in inches. I converted centimeters to inches and inches to match what is here on line. I am sadly returning it because I do not want to have a problem at airport.
