I bought this in 2022 and the light constantly flickers and turns off when the mirror is tilted in certain positions. I've contacted bed bath and beyond, brookstone, they have been no help. the warranty does not apply since it's a year. I love the huge 10x mirror and the lighting when it works.

Terrible light

I had my last brookstone mirror for 8 years before having to replace it. I bought this in November 2023 and the light constantly flickers and turns off when the mirror is tilted in certain positions. There is no way troubleshoot (such as tightening the bulb or changing it) without voiding the warranty. I love the huge 10x mirror and the lighting when it works. I wish their original version from the 2000s was still available!

Issues with on and off.

I would not recommend this mirror product. The mirror does not turn on and off properly. It is really too tall to be on your vanity.
