Too small

I was excited to try this brand. I just received them in size 11, and it was a struggle to get my feet into them. I've never had issues with size 11 shoes not fitting. My foot is not wide at all. Once I got one on, my toe was touching the inside shoe front. They seemed like they would have been good comfortable shoes, and I would have liked to try them in another size, but unfortunately, there was no option to exchange them - only a return option.

Narrow and no arch support

Not sure where these went wrong. I normally love my Brooks (this is the 3rd pair I’ve bought in a month). I put them on and they were very narrow. After a long walk to break them on, my feet were aching the next day. I’m currently icing now…I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and these triggered a relapse. I think they lack arch support and are very narrow. It’s probably too late to return them so I’ll find a friend to donate them to. Won’t be buying this model again.

Very comfortable and well fitting

I don't actually run; I can barely walk because of health limitations. I like Brooks Ghost because they seem to fit my feet very well. The new Trace 4 seems to fit my feet just as well as Ghost. I especially like the color of Trace that I ordered, although I know I will have to be careful to keep them as clean as possible. I have always ordered "narrow", but the B width seems to work just as well. Brooks and I will remain partners for a long time.

Great shoes!

My first pair of Brooks and they won’t be my last. I love them! They are so comfortable and there was no need to “break them in”. I have had them maybe 3 weeks and my only complaint is that I wish I would’ve bought a dark colored pair so that they didn’t get dirty so fast.

Pretty good support

I like them, much better than the last pair I purchased. I would recommend them to walkers and runners.
