Beautiful Set!

We purchased this set a couple of years ago and love it....but, our umbrella cover is terribly faded. Where can I buy a replacement umbrella cover for the wooden umbrella frame? I do not need to replace the entire umbrella. Please let me know?

Solid but high maintenance

Our set is sure to last for years, but you have to oil the teak annually. Teak weathers to grey even with oiling, so you have to be ok with the look of it. My biggest irritation is the cushions. They faded by year two, even though we stored them over the winter. If Macy’s provided replacement covers in Sunbrella fabric I’d jump on purchasing a set. For new customers they should consider replacing the fabric to one more durable and less likely to fade in the summer sun. (My set is under a pergola near trees, so partial sun, and they badly faded).

Out standing teak outdoor dining set . Heavy , beautiful scale ,proportions and handcrafted. Looks stunning under my Macy Addodor polycarbonate aluminum gazebo . Luv both of these products . Will enjoy for many years😎

1 Star Doesn't Always Mean the Product Was Bad

The website did not say this furniture was on back-order so I still have not received the table and chairs. We were contacted pretty quickly after the order was placed and was told there was a 7-10 day delay and to expect it to ship after that. It's been 22 days and no word from Macy's. After reading other reviews, I'm concerned we won't be getting our furniture for months. The money has already cleared out of my bank and into Macy's pocket. I feel like this is a clever way to money launder. Are you ok, Macy's?
