Beautiful Set!
We purchased this set a couple of years ago and love it....but, our umbrella cover is terribly faded. Where can I buy a replacement umbrella cover for the wooden umbrella frame? I do not need to replace the entire umbrella. Please let me know?

Solid but high maintenance
Our set is sure to last for years, but you have to oil the teak annually. Teak weathers to grey even with oiling, so you have to be ok with the look of it. My biggest irritation is the cushions. They faded by year two, even though we stored them over the winter. If Macy’s provided replacement covers in Sunbrella fabric I’d jump on purchasing a set. For new customers they should consider replacing the fabric to one more durable and less likely to fade in the summer sun. (My set is under a pergola near trees, so partial sun, and they badly faded).

Out standing teak outdoor dining set . Heavy , beautiful scale ,proportions and handcrafted. Looks stunning under my Macy Addodor polycarbonate aluminum gazebo . Luv both of these products . Will enjoy for many years😎

Love the furniture but not the cushions
We purchased this set 4 years ago and have diligently oiled it every year, maintaining its pristine condition. However, the cushions have faded within the first year, and due to their unique shape, finding a replacement has proven to be impossible. We kindly request Macy's to provide replacement cushions.

Beautiful Teak Table & Excellent Delivery Service
Beautiful teak outdoor dining table. We purchased the 9pc with 8 chairs and umbrella. They are well made and comfortable. The leaf system is smooth and easy to use. Macy's was excellent to work with. Delivery was seamless with great communication. One of the few times I thought "white glove delivery" was actually white glove delivery. They assembled everything and inspected it. Delivery guys identified one defective chair and facilitated the ordering and delivery of a replacement on the spot. Couldn't be more satisfied with the item or with Macy's service.

Beautiful Teak Dining Set
Beautiful Set, just as promised. Delivery was prompt as scheduled, delivery personnel was courteous and efficient in assembling and setting up the furniture in the indicated spot. I was very pleased with the online purchase and customer service scheduling of delivery.

Do not buy
All of the reviews say low maintenance great look. Not sure if I got a bad set but greyed significantly in the first two months. Cracking which is apparently common with teak. The mold growth and retention is really what gets to me. I bought the teal cleaner and oil and it is a nightmare. The streaking from the oil is disgusting and the mold doesn’t go away. I have had to apply oil three times already and I just got it in May. I will be contacting Macys to see what. can be done. So upset considering the price and reviews.

Outstanding quality, design, value
This set has great quality with impressive artisanship. We have had it outdoors in extreme heat and wet weather with very good results. It arrived in good shape, was completely assembled and delivered where we wanted it. Clearly the work was done by hand by skilled woodworkers. I agree with the reviewer that suggested some of the buyers did not understand teak. I have a boat with teak and am confident it is fully authentic. Very solid pieces and incredibly well put together. I have been looking at outdoor teak furniture for years and have found nothing that even approaches the value and quality. It is true that if you want to maintain the traditional teak look, one or two coats of teak oil is needed. If you are not the least bit DYI, then hire someone to oil it before using it, as it does require patience and thoroughness. Bought the entire set with two chaises. Really like the umbrella, amazing design. Very pleased.
