Bad taste
The taste of the coffee . It taste like plastic. I keep trying different brands of coffee. I cleaned the pot when I first got it so I dont know why its not good. I have my kurig still set up and go back to it because my Brim tastes bad

Pathetic machine. TERRIBLE customer service.
Weak, pathetic coffee maker, TERRIBLE customer service. My husband and I are serious coffee drinkers. Single origins, grind our own beans to our preferred coarseness, measure the weight of the water and heat our pour overs to 200 degrees for optimal flavor. I bought this Machine for Father’s Day last year and it’s never been great, but after a few months, it became black hole on top our counter that never got used due to its poor performance. I finally reached out to customer service (they have a two year “warranty”) and after sending 6 emails, 5 photos and a 3 minute video, they brushed off my complaint and said I wasn’t using the unit properly, since I was using a paper filter inside the metal one, and that I needed to read the manual. This was not the issue. The plastic filter the unit came with broke after the third or fourth month and we could never get a good pot of coffee, so we tried using the metal filter, but it always produced weak, light colored coffee that tastes like w

Beautiful but impractical
I unwrapped the box, assembled the pieces together and realized how impractical it would be to make coffee in this. Despite how beautiful it is I know how I am when it comes to making and pouring coffee in the mornings and I can see myself getting frustrated with not only having to dissemble the metal and plastic filter holders in order to get to the first pour, but I'll most like break the carafe over time because I'm clumsy like that. Returning more for the former reason which I can see would easily lead to the latter reason.

Quality Coffee with Convenience
This machine is awesome! I love pour over coffee, but sometimes you just want to be able to press a button and walk away - this machine is a savior for that. The brewed coffee was absolutely delicious, so I love that I can finally get my pour over coffee without having to tend to the process. I also love how minimalistic it is sitting on my counter!

Good Coffee. Nice Pot
I have used the coffee pot on the weekend as I do not brew coffee every day. I find it very good coffee. It tastes good and is very easy to use.

Fragile Glass
The Glass contained barley rolled to tile of kitchen and cracked .. we only use the coffee maker when family and guest come over for dinner ..,was used only handful of times and now I cant replacement for cracked glass ,, what a waste of money and time ..

Excellent Coffee Maker
Being a bit of a coffee snob myself, I have to say I love this product. The finished product is delicious and smooth and the machine itself is attractive, durable, and easy to use. Another excellent Brim product. I've read the other reviews with concerns for the carafe breaking and not being replaceable so I will take extra care to not break my carafe but I sincerely hope Brim takes those reviews into consideration and starts to make carafe replacements available.

Loved it
This was a huge hit. My friends are coffee snobs and they were so impressed with the quality of this pour over. They kept commenting on how attractive it was sitting my counter as well!! A plus indeed. I would recommend this product to coffee enthusiasts as well as novice.
