I purchased a Brim coffee maker in June 2019, and contacted the company this May about issues I've been having with my machine for many months. The product has a two year warranty, but the company has refused to help me fix the problem, despite sending photos, videos, and countless emails to their customer "support" team. The coffee maker pushes water through the machine too quickly causing the unit to overflow, and the coffee to be weak and undrinkable. I contacted the company, followed their generic cleaning fix, then spent several weeks going back and forth sending photos and videos trying to prove the problem, only to be ignored or told that I'm using the wrong kind of filter or the wrong strength of coffee (neither of which are true). I can't count how many pots of coffee I've ruined with this machine, at least four of which just trying to prove my case to the company to have them reject my emails time and time again. They have a warranty on the product that they are refusing.

Didnt know I needed it until I had it!!!!
This product is just easy! Very straight forward to make an espresso and it looks so pretty in my apartment kitchen. The wood handle is such a great, unique touch too and makes the machine look very elegant. Most importantly, it makes delicioussss espresso. I used to brew a pot of coffee every single morning, which felt very wasteful since I live alone, and now I make personal lattes that could rival Starbucks. Want to say thank you to PINCHme for letting me try this for free in exchange for my honest review. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is a coffee buff. It's a game changer.
Looks and works great! Easy to clean too.
I love this machine. It looks great and works great! I have not have any issues with it. It's also easy to clean. I can make a latte and complete clean it in 15 minutes.

Bad choice
the pressure does not reach an espresso range. the coffee has no cream and tastes like burnt. I will probably return it. I am very disappointed

Avoid
Most of the positive reviews are fake - look at the user names and their commercial like awkward wording. Anyway, the machine looks good, but that’s about it. The pressure meter never moves to the “espresso” range, so I’ve been getting bitter coffee at best. Customer service hung up on me (as with another reviewer) and they never responded to THREE emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Leaking :(
Good quality expresso but poor built in quality. Very easy to use, good steaming wand. My machine started creating problems from third time I'm making my expresso. I pressed steam and waited while warming up and turned the knob to steam then started leaking the water whole over. I think my machine is refurbished, I can tell from over all packing. I have returned:( I'm sad but barista quality expresso though.

Excellent!
I'm so happy with this one! It looks beautiful, brews nice, strong espresso, and it's fairly easy to use. Its parts seem sturdy so I'm hoping it"ll go the distance.
