Great spinner! 5 star except

Great spinner! 5 star except zipper handles and edges. Zipper is made for security but wrong direction for actually zipping and they are so long they can get caught in the wheels if not on the side of the case. Additionally, would like reinforcement on the edges, 4 overhead bins and already have bin scratches.

Lifetime guarantee? What else is there to consider?

When my last “rugged” international carryon lost a wheel during its maiden voyage and the company wouldn’t do anything about it, I decided then and there before my next trip I’d find a better brand. Three things sold me: the lifetime warranty, the compression feature, and the price compared to the competitive brands. Bags priced hundreds more don’t come with a warranty. I’ve been impressed with the compression feature and have found it to be very useful. It rolls smoothly and doesn’t strain my arm or wrist to keep it on course, even when loaded up with my travel satchel on top. It handles cobblestone streets like a champ. So far I’m very pleased with my first B&R purchase.

These pieces are not inexpensive. First time use when you collapse the bag it does not stay collapsed. Very frustrating.

why did I wait so long!

Why did I wait so long to purchase well-made, lightweight, very functional luggage! I love the Global 21" carry on. It's easy to pack everything. The expandable option is great. It wheels smoothly and is evenly balanced so it doesn't tip over. This will be my travel luggage for all trips,, all lengths of stays. Fits alot. I also purchased the large cargo backpack and packing cubes!

Overall Good

Light bag, rolls well, could use a handle of sorts on bottom between wheels for lifting in and out of cargo spaces, the expandable part on mine won’t stay locked open it keeps closing when I extend it. Overall happy with it but not sure it’s worth the hefty price tag yet. Just took it to Europe for 12 days and do feel it tools well

Great bag!
