Bad experience with brand new sympatico

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a big fan of BR luggage. I recently bought my third piece of BR luggage - the Sympatico international expandable carry-on - from Bloomingdales. After my first use, the luggage ripped on a corner. I was able to send it in for repair, however when the luggage came back, I was very disappointed at the shoddy workmanship. A rubber piece was simple patched on with rough edges where it was glued or heat treated. and even a scrape on the patching piece! It looks extremely ugly, almost worse than the ripped hole. This experience has me seriously doubting the quality and durability of the luggage, and the usefulness of the warranty. I definitely would not purchase this hard shell suitcase.

Durable and Modern Carry on Spinner

I purchased this bag as I was looking for a high quality carry on spinner to become my go to luggage for airline travel. I was very particular about the dimensions as I prefer not to check luggage when traveling by plane. The Sympatico's dimensions (wheels and handles included) fit within all the domestic carryon guidelines that I came across. It is also one of the highest quality and lightest weight options available. I will have the opportunity to use it soon and hopefully it will hold up to my expectations.
