love love love this pan!

ive used a lot of nonstick pans and each has their own good and bad parts. this pan has all of the good! super easy clean up. the thick base works well on my high btu stove, but also works on our portable induction burner! the handle is nice and comfy in your hand and if I'm too lazy, i just throw it in the dishwasher and ir comes out looking great each time. the rivets are also covered so no more scrubbing rivets!!! yay!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this PAN!

First of all, let me just say that I won this pan. I hadn't previously owned or used any of Breville's cookware, so I didn't really have any expectations for it. The first time I used it, I was blown away. I made pork chops from an Ayesha Curry recipe, and let me tell you, there was no sticking, plenty of room for all of the pork chops to cook at the same time, heat distribution was on point... I could go on and on. (The pork chops cooked to perfection.) I know it seems crazy, but this pan really changed my cooking game in the best way. I use it whenever I'm making larger meals, or if I need to fry/saute, etc. It's amazing!
