on/off button wears out
about 3 years daily use the on/off push button wears out and access to it is almost impossible. not worth having repaired. not an isolated case as it's well documented on line/youtube etc. interior light comes on right away but needs to be pushed a few times to activate cooking or turning off

Disappointed
I just received this today. I thought this was an air fryer since that is what I chose in the search function. I didn't pay attention, this is NOT an air fryer, its an oven. I am now stuck with something I don't want since I don't have a car to return it. Probably going to try and sell it or throw it in the garbage. Mostly disappointed in my self

Do no buy
My Smart Oven Pro just suddenly stopped working. I've had it for less than a year and a half and it just stopped. We tried different outlets, we've tried everything. It beeps when you plug it in but then nothing. Extremely disappointed iwith this product.

Stopped working after 2 years
It worked great until it didn't work at all! The oven stops cooking and shows an error code after ~5 minutes. I am so disappointed in this product quality for the price, and really expected this to last longer. I will not be replacing it.

Do not buy
Replacement of this oven did the exact same thing with the code e05. Don’t waste your money. It gets so hot you may as well put your regular oven on your counter. Wasted a lot of money to put this in the trash.
