Works great!
High quality toaster oven. Works great for toasting bread and roasting vegetables. Outside doesn't get hot. I like that the tray slides out when you open the door. The only suggestion for improvement would be that the tray also slides back in when the door is shut rather than needing to push it back in by hand.
You won’t be sorry
Breville makes a truly great product; solid and intelligently designed. My last Breville convection oven was wonderful and lasted many years. If only people fixed things these days (I suspect it needed a new heating element), I would have kept it forever. I never use my ‘normal’ oven - theirs functions far better and is an energy saver. So far so great on the one I just ordered. Good customer support. This is worth the extra $ compared to other products. Get one!

Brand new, doesn't work. Get an E05 error
got it out of the box set up and keep getting an E05 error, which means the heating element or thermostat is defective.

Great product!
I bought this last year to replace my old Cusinart toaster oven. I have been using it consistently and it has changed my life for the better. It’s very efficient in all the ways. For me defrosting bagels is my struggle , but this toaster oven thaws and heats them up quickly, like they’re freshly made! I have yet to use the slow cooking function but otherwise I have experimented with the other preset functions and they are fantastic! Also super easy to clean :) if you’re looking for a new toaster oven, look no further - this is it! Plus with the holiday great discount, it’s a steal:)

Disappointed !
I have this oven which I use to bake and toast functions mostly. Recently, fan stopped working and all the moisture stays inside causing condensation. To use reheat use, all the heat is trapped inside and so the grease. It’s so difficult to clean the grease. No way to repair . For an appliance this price and quality, very disappointing performance.

We're sorry to hear of your experience. As noted in the manual, the oven requires a minimum of 4" left and right and 6" from the top of the oven. Without that minimum clearance, the oven can begin to malfunction. We will be happy to look into how we might help. Please expect an email shortly.
I ordered what she wanted
Ordered something on the bridal registry and it went to the bride not my address was very upset when the bride contacted me that she had received it And there isn’t even a date for the shower yet so it ruined the surprise i’m sure the oven is beautiful and just what she wants
