We have had this machine for almost 3 years now and we love it! EXCEPT....... you can't clean the lid!! The one part that coffee goes through every single time it is brewed and poured, you can't clean!! You can hear water/coffee sloshing around in there, so stuff gets left behind, im sure. That's just crazy to me and for this price, you be able to. Or at the very least be able to buy just the lid as a replacement part, but nope. YOU HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW CARAFE!! So like I said, almost 5 stars.

Poor Choice for the Cost
We've had to replace the carafe due to poor pouring volume. New one still pours very slowly. We've had 4 massive overflows of coffee onto our counter top when using the timer to turn on. We now do not use the timer because we need to watch the coffee maker while it's brewing. Would never recommend.

Drips
The bottom of the cone that holds the coffee grounds does not close properly so it drips all the time and makes the bottom of the pot wet and then drips off when you pour coffee. The flap in the pour spout kept sticking not letting coffee out, I had to break it off for it to work.

Fantastic Cup of Coffee
Same beans, same water, same grind but using the Breville Precision Brewer Thermal, rather than my previous high end coffee maker resulted in a hotter smoother, richer cup of coffee. Should have switched years ago.

Frustrated
We just bought this coffee machine less than a month ago. I initially it was working great with no problems. Just recently it seems to be bubbling up through the spout and leaking on the counter!!

Cool looking coffee maker, warm coffee
I received this coffee maker for Christmas and was excited about all the neat features. However, was super disappointed that the coffee doesn’t get very hot and definitely doesn’t stay hot for long in the carafe. My coffee was only warm after putting a little cream in it - I actually microwaved it! You can adjust the temp but it seems only a few degrees. I’m so disappointed - since I can’t return it now that it’s used, I may only use it for company.

Good coffee, but never hot
I have this brewer 3-4 years. I have returned the original, and the next ones were replaced by Breville. Problem was the production of "warm coffee". I tried returning again after about a year but they say it is too late. Apparently this is a common problem with this brewer. I heat of the carafe with hot water, and also my cup, prior to brewing When the coffee come out warm, I need to put in microwave to get it hot. The unit has been descaled on schedule and I use filtered water The final product however, is very good
