It’s challenging to get the size of the grind just right. Too coarse and the flavor is not great. Too fine and the drip of coffee is slow. Other than that the machine is great.

Keeps Breaking
Was a good machine, but keep getting ER05. The milk frothier peace is very very fragile.

I’m in love. After spending lots of money on machines and ultimately still buying lots of coffee out, I have finally found one I love! Great Espresso Machine
This is our first Espresso Machine & we are so happy with it. It’s fully automatic & practically holds your hand through the steps of making several kinds of espresso drinks that you choose from the digital screen. We watched a couple of videos online using this same model & found those very helpful. We highly recommend this model.

Touch Impress Is A Mess
I bought the Barista Touch Impress and am frustrated that I cannot find a dosing funnel that can be used attached to the portafilter to grind and keep coffee from overflowing the portafilter. The machine will ask for more grounds but it spills out to the spill tray. This happens all of the time forcing me to clean up and waste more coffee beans. I purchased the Breville branded 54mm dosing funnel and it does not activate the grinder, so it is useless for what I wanted. Can anyone recommend a dosing cup that will work with the grinder?

Breville touchscreen
I waited over a year to purchase The Breville touchscreen. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but I love the coffee that it makes.
