Do not buy. The puck gets stuck way too often if your grinds are off by any miniscule amount. Additionally, the steam wand ALWAYS gets blocked, this is the most frustrating part of this machine. To clear it you use a little tool to poke the holes, then it runs its clean cycle, which will burn through your water like a crackhead with drugs. However, it just continues to get blocked even after you clear it, literally on the same cup of milk. Avoid this product at all costs, get something else, I wish I did.

Making mornings better
we upgraded from a standard Keurig to this bad boi, and I could not be happier! coffee making is definitely more hands-on, but I look forward to it every morning! I love the touch screen and pre-filled drinks (plus the ability to create a custom drink) - it makes it so easy for someone who is not a professional (or even amateur) barista. if you’re between this one and the non-touch screen, I definitely recommend this upgrade

Died on us after eight months.
We were excited about this machine and it died after eight months. We sent it back for repair, And five months later, it died again. Not happy with this purchase

Poor Grinder
Works well until it doesn't. We received our breville barista touch and began using immediately. Weekly I deep cleaned the machine, including the upper burr, per the manual. ~4 months after getting the machine the grinder stopped working and we have been unable to get it working again despite trying various beans or grind settings. Very disappointed.

Not worth it
Not worth it. Started to turn off unexpectedly in day one. Couldn’t get consistently with the coffee. Doing same thing will give you different result.
