Easy to use

We love making our coffees and lattes with this machine. It is so easy to use. I bought one for my daughter and she uses it every day. Our in-laws can’t wait to get one of their own.

Easy to use

I have owned this product for one year. It has paid for itself. I make at least 2 latté everyday. Every family member has their own settings for what drink they like. I also love the hot water dispenser for when I want tea.

Hot Water Spray Fault at Elevation

When using the hot water feature to make a cup of tea, after 20 seconds the hot water sprays everywhere except in the cup. I live in Colorado and did some research and it appears this issue occurs for those of us at a high (5280 ft) elevation. It’s unfortunate for my family who likes to use the hot water feature.
