Nice but not perfect
I bought this about a year ago. I waited before writing a review. I like the chair - it's stylish and the fact that its slipcovered is a plus, but... I have degenerative disc disease and I can only sit in it for a short time frame before ny lower back starts to hurt. Obviously, there was no way to have known that from a trial run in the showroom. I probably would have picked a different chair had I known beforehand. Just be aware that if you have back issues, you might want to consider something else.

Don't Buy From Macys
The couch is lovely. Macys Customer service is a nightmare. We bought a custom color and received the incorrect one. It has been 3 months since the original purchase and attempting to get Macys to correct their error has been horrible. Now we are being told we have to wait 3 more months for the correct couch; 6 total months from the original purchase date. No proactive communication has come from Macys. I have to call for updates and our Delivery date just keeps getting pushed back. My faith in Macys customer service is completely gone. We have spent quite a bit with them in the past 25 years but never again.

Horrible cushions
These cushions are heavy they sink on in the middle. I spent a good bit of money at Macy’s some disappointed they’re too heavy for me to lift and turnover. They sink down right away. It’s the most uncomfortable uncomfortable couch I ever owned. Somebody should do something about this they should’ve told me about this. I weigh 110 pounds and I’m a platinum customer customer.

Best sofa ever! If you have DOGs this is your sofa
THE only reason I took 1 star away is personal. I have terrible allergies and I'm severely allergic to down feathers, when I bought this sofa, I went with the intention of buying a different one but changed my mind and bought this one instead. I did not realize the pillows and back support have down feathers in them. I didn't realize until a few times of sitting on it and my asthma would act up. I bought this Sofa a few years ago right around the end of covid season in 2021. I have moved a few times, and the sofa still holds up like new. Everyone that sleeps over loves this sofa, they say it's the best sofa sleep they ever had lol. I have 2 dogs that jump all over it, no wear and tear yet. just keep in mind if you have allergies, you may be able to get a down feather alternative. This picture with the pillows in line was the first day I received it, the picture of the empty room 3y later and the dogs is recent.

don't buy from Macys
They will do everything they can not to give you your items! After they sell you the wrong thing because just like Dawn I purchased the slipcovers thinking it was the sofa and it wasn't until that review did I realize what had happened. And after speaking with several managers to only be offered a very low credit to get the actual sofa to then be told but you can't get it because it's "low in stock" and it will take 12-16 weeks. I then call an actual Macys store and speak to Jackie for her to also be rude and tell me that plain as day I purchased the wrong items when I have all the back up and proof to then order the couch from her and it's now going to be delivered Thursday! If I could give Acys a negative star I absolutely would

Gorgeous
This sofa is big and so comfy! The material is thick but soft to the touch. My family sits comfortably and some love it so much that they said it’s a great napping sofa! My hope is that they nap elsewhere not here. Lol

Very disappointed
I ordered this 2 weeks ago and from looking at it I thought it was the couch!! They only sent me slip covers very deceiving I’m very disappointed when I clicked on it for the seal price, it said couch then you have to go way way way down and it says slipcovers only and I talked to seven people and they said oh it should be coming. It should be coming very upset.

Holding up well after 8 years
Very large and sturdy. Sometimes the feathers work their way up from the pillows, but not a big deal.
