Not As Advertised

We purchased the Sofa and Loveseat. The Loveseat was not on the sales floor. When they both arrived yesterday the loveseat's dimensions were smaller then advertised. That included the overall width, the seating width, depth and seating height. It was also extremely uncomfortable possibly as a result of the dimension issues. We went back to the store today and initiated a return with a purchase of a new different sofa and loveseat. The associates and service was outstanding.

Looks good but not sturdy!

I was initially happy with another furniture set from Macy's: the Brayna Couch and Loveseat - and it boasted a "reinforced wood struction for longevity" - until it was used. The loveseat sat mostly unused for almost a year, then after little more than a month of use the frame broke. I was told after inspection that the 5-yr manufacture warranty did not apply because it was constructed up to manufacturer's standards. So this new loveseat would not be replaced, repaired or refunded and my choice was to get another inspection or settle on an as-is discount. Couch that has been use since the beginning is still holding. Totally disappointed with Macy's !

Love this Set

It looks amazing and sits amazing. Looks just like the picture. Very stylish and rich.

Tough on your back and glutes

Pretty but not comfortable. Be aware that Macys has a 3 day only return policy. I spoke with several other high end furniture stores and they said that Macys 3 day return policy was ludicrous. If you’re going to sit on this or the matching recliners for more than 5 minutes, get something else.

Beautiful Loveseat

We are so happy with our purchase. The loveseat is so beautiful and comfortable. We chose a custom color, so it took about 4 months to arrive. It was worth the wait. Delivery was also super easy to set up. I received a text that the loveseat was ready for delivery. I was able to book my delivery appointment for a few days later. And once the loveseat was out for delivery, I could view the ETA via a link. Within minutes of the delivery people leaving, I received a customer satisfaction survey phone call. Way to go Macy’s!!!

Brayna 88

The Brayna 88 Classic Leather Loveseat is beautiful and well made. The cushions are firm and yet comfortable. I like the simple, clean lines of it and I like the legs. If the furniture comes from Macy’s, I know it good quality and will last for years.
