Excessive scratches in front
Just opened the box and I was so disappointed to see the condition of the unit. The front panel is all scratched. I haven’t tried it yet but if it works I will probably keep it, as due to Macy’s policy of returning and reordering, I believe it is not worth the trouble to attempt an exchange. I am not happy with this purchase however. :(

Doesn’t Work
Error code as soon as it came out the box, can’t use the blender for anything

The best blender you will ever own
This is the best blender ever. It is very strong. It turns raw carrots into purée liquid. It does not leave any pieces. It is excellent product to add to your collection. However, I was very disappointed with the single cup smoothie 2 go. The plastic of the single cup is very cheap made. It is the same grade as the regular water bottle. Also, the design of the base of this blender is like the 70’s design very plain and bulky. However, to be fair, the performance of the blender is excellent and I will rate it 10/10. I am very happy with this purchase. It was the best decision. I highly recommend it.
