Not satisfied.
I don't like it. Coffee is awful and I have tried many settings, water and coffee levels and can't get anything to taste right. I am going to try and return it.

Terrible Coffee, Terrible Over-Engineered Product
Within two weeks the display screen broke. You can't tell what time it is and it's difficult to set the auto brew function. The machine pumps water too fast over the coffee and it overflows ever time. Coffee is bitter and generally un-enjoyable. We contacted Braun customer support to get a replacement unit sent due to broken screen - what a wonderfully painful process that took about a full month. They contacted me to say they were sending a different model which I approved - what they failed to mention was that they were sending a different color. We received the ugly white unit about 6 to 7 weeks after first submitting the ticket. We contacted customer support again informing them that we were never told we would be getting a different color. Surprise - nothing they can do! I'll be selling the broken model as well as the brand new model and buying a different brand that actually makes a decent cup of coffee and doesn't break within a month of owning it. I'll never purchase a Braun or Delonghi product again and I'll be passing along my negative experience to anyone who asks.

Do not recommend purchasing this product
I have hardly used this product, at best 15 times in the two years of owning it which was also unused for half of the stated time due to being in storage. The LED screen does not display correctly and a number of features do not work, basically making it ineffective and useless. It would be more understandable if this product was used many times not after no more than 15 uses. For what I paid for this it should be too teir for coffee makers. I just want a refund at this point.

Does not last longer than a year
This product is TOP NOTCH. But will not last longer than a year. In 3 years I’ve had 3. A waste of my time and money

It's everything plus the kitchen sink
I never thought I needed one until I got one, this coffee maker is something you purchase if you never want to have to buy a coffee maker again. It has so many features, even a month later I'm still trying to figure them all out! Oh, and it brews a great pot of regular old coffee too!

Disappointed
Purchased for months then today keeps showing error code “e04”. No matter how we restart or try to do clean, none of then work. Have to put it in closet forever now.
