Don’t last

My second replacement cutter has just broken after a couple of months use. Really disappointed. Can’t see me buying this product again

Substandard product

Rubbish product, foil holes after 9 months use. Definitely do not recommend.

Disappointed

I have a 9350. The battery life has never been great. The original shaver head was great but the two replacements that I bought have only lasted 6 months. The lower foil on the current one falls out. I have moved to Cyprus and it is impossible to source a new one locally and shipping charges from the usual online supplier are ridiculous. To say that I am disappointed is putting it mildly.

Not impressed.

Bought Series 9 expecting the best. Charge on razor, only lasts four or five days at best, which I can live with, but already the second replacement head is noisy and not cutting well. Disappointed. Better service from older models.

It’s certainly not what we’d expect, as we have many quality checks during manufacturing so that our products should reach you in perfect condition. If you haven’t already tried the steps below, you may find that they sort the issue: - Remove and replace the shaver head to ensure it’s properly in place - Give the shaver a thorough clean by using the brush to clean inside the head and inside the attachment area at the top of the shaver - Disconnect the shaver from the power supply cord, switch it on, and rinse the shaver head under hot running water (soap can be used as long as it doesn’t contain any particles or abrasive substances, and all foam gets rinsed off) - Apply a drop of light machine oil onto the shaver head - Don’t use the shaver again until it has dried If you continue to have any trouble, please get in touch with us via chat, email, or phone so that we can help. Replacement not as good

I have had this razor 2 years, it was brilliant to start with until I bought a replacement head after 18 months, the replacement head only lasted 4 months this started to cut my skin . Am now reusing my old one which is still OK. Why was the new one made poorly. I have bought 2 of these series 9 razors for my friend's hopefully they are OK.

Doesn’t match my razor

Can someone tell me why this head does not match my series 9 razor. This is shiny and my razor is Matt finish. It’s looks all wrong.

Hey Klimo and thanks for leaving a review for the Series 9 92S replacement head. While the 92S is shiny silver, we do have a matte silver replacement foil & cutter replacement called the 92M. They are exactly the same as the 92S, but is matte silver instead of shiny silver. Hope this helps. — Your Braun Team

Expensive rubbish

Bought this 16 months ago and foil head now got holes. The trimmer stopped working after 1 year. Very disappointed with Braun. The quality seems to have got worse and the prices multiplying.

Replacement head

I’m a barber and I do mostly skin fades all day.I have been using the braun for almost 4 years,starting with the 3 series.I absolutely love this shaver and how smooth it leaves the skin.the original shaver head literally lasted me almost 9 months of shaving all day everyday.I’ve had the 9 series for a year and a half,and already used 5 replacement heads...I clean my braun daily for sanitation purposes...I truly wish I could find a good replacement head.I’m about to start looking at other shavers
