Disappointing Product

Looked great online - when delivered we noted that the emerald had a massive inclusion that distracted from the beauty of the ring. Returned to local Macys with no issues

I bought the white gold emerald ring, necklace & matching earrings all at different times. I love each piece. The green emeralds all match and create a beautiful set for getting dressed for a night. I love the ring so much I even wear it to the food strore! I love how it sparkles in the light.

Emerald ring

My honey got me this Emerald ring for 2024 Christmas. It’s a stunner. The diamonds definitely sparkle and looks more than 1/2 carat. The Emerald is a good 2 1/5 carat. I like that. In my opinion the ring is a stunner.

I brought this whole effy set the ring, earrings, necklace, in gold and white gold, I fell In love with my sister set so when the price was right I brought myself the sets, the emerald stones however was not that great I’m not expecting A1 quality but the fact that it’s Effy, I’m a little disappointed the stone for the white gold ring is light and opaque while the stone in the yellow gold is dark, I know emerald has inclusions and what not but but the earrings and necklace has a really nice color and clarity .. I wish I was able to choose which stones on the rings to choose from but what can I do when ordering it online.. u get the luck of the draw
