Never Arrived

Unfortunately this item never made it me. UPS repeatedly sent messages it was out for delivery. I finally contacted Macys and the auto generated system initiated a refund, rather than replace the handbag that I purchased on 60% off sale. Very disappointed with Macys CS.

NOT a crossbody!

Beautiful handbag, but absolutely not a crossbody. It’s a shoulder bag that fits closely under the arm. Will return.

A classic with quality that lasts!

One of my favorite styles! It’s a good size for going out and concerts.
